This our best chance at Anfield since 85/86?
i fucking think so!

i'm hoping for goals from either Downing or Carroll to shove it to the fucking midget cunt Rodgers & the Black Frankie Mac Sakho to notch one.

2 nil to us.

Id be more confident if Kouyate was back. If Noble and Nolan start with the same setup as sunday we will lose for sure.

I've been to Anfield twice. Both times we lost 3-0 and we was fucking awful. Really really bad.

If I stay away, we might have half a chance.

Didn't we have a great chance a few seasons back in a 2-2 draw when I think Sinclair shot instead if passing to lampard or the other way round. 99 maybe?

We also drew 0-0 a few seasons ago and I remember Carlton getting the ball on the half way line with no-one to beat and just passing backwards instead of going for it. The frustration if that was only surpassed by Matty Taylor shooting from 35 yards when clean through in the 2-2 draw at home against Man U!

It is a shit draw to be honest do we have a chance definitely but we cannot sit back as we did against Bristol City at Anfield.

Two words - Gavin Holligan.

He could've become an all-time Hammers hero, but Sinclair nicked the ball off of him.

I read something not so long ago whereby it was claimed that Holligan was actually ineligible for that game and had he scored, we'd have been in all sorts of shit? As it was we only got a fine of a few grand or something?

Might have been EX magazine thinking about it.

That's ridiculous buster

As if a premier league team in the late 90s would field an ineligible player

If BFS can pick the right midfield I think we could do very well. With our forwards and defenders I feel very optimistic.

They're starting to hit form just at the wrong time for us, plus if Sturridge is back and starts it'll be a big ask. Point would be great tbh
